Yaay! I've sorted it.
After trying everything I could think of, I eventually thought it might be worth resetting the Clavinova to factory settings. That did the trick.

Yes, the tick box was already ticked, but nothing doing

The Active MIDI inputs box is a list of available inputs. Click the circle to the left of the Clavinova so that there is a checkmark there.

I have a Clavinova connected to my PC for Pianoteq Stage 4.5.5.
The Audio/Midi setup displays the Clavinova in the Active MIDI inputs box.
The "Test" button produces a sound (Audio device type is DirectSound, Output is Primary Sound Driver).
I have downloaded the necessary Yamaha USB-MIDI driver.
But when I play the keyboard, nothing seems to happen in Pianoteq (no Pianoteq keys moving, no MIDI messages appearing in the Options screen).
I know it's something dead basic, but what I am missing?
