There, you will have many possibilities to create MIDI assignments for various commands, including choosing presets for your favorite instruments.</p><p>For more detailed information on how to proceed, I recommend that you read the Pianoteq manual.</p></blockquote></div><p> yes this is the best and more versatile way for gigging , you can virtually map any pianoteq parameter on the fly and switch instruments with assignable CC commands . You can ever find pedal boards specially made to issue these controls by foot , which is sometimes necessary in some performances when you have to switch from one presets to the next . You can also create morphed instruments&nbsp; to manage a smooth transition from one preset to the next&nbsp; &nbsp;using an expression pedal mapped to the morphing % parameter .</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Normally, if you select one track after another by clicking on the up/down arrows, it&#039;s very fast... I don&#039;t know how to make it even faster !</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Many thanks Luc,</p><p>I managed to use Cakewalk/BandLab as a VST host.<br />However, it&#039;s awkward to change the instrument on the fly while playing a song.<br />Can this be done from the keyboard, by pre-assigning keys to MIDI?<br />I need to look into this further</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>My way to achieve this is to use several tracks on a DAW, each one with a specific instrument (Pianoteq or another plug-in for strings sounds), selecting the track selects the appropriate instrument. No need to record or play anything, and any VST host would do the trick too, like Nanohost <a href="https://www.tone2.com/nanohost.html">https://www.tone2.com/nanohost.html</a> Just my 2 cents.</p>]]></content>
