About using a larger iPad, I did consider buying a larger iPad. However I personally like the form factor of the iPad mini as I mostly use my older iPad mini 4 for live gigs and notating for my music college. Since I already have a laptop, (which also runs PianoTeq and other music apps/notating software) I would just like my iPad to be an easier, "more portable" device to run PianoTeq on.
