I think this is incorrect, or at least was incorrect when I was involved in similar transfers. The cost of the fee includes everything you have under "pianoteq" (so you could hang on Organteq, but not on individual pianoteq instruments). Moreover, I don't know if the recipient (Joe in this case) can merge his "stage" version with the "pro" version he'd be buying from you.

I recommend that both of you state clearly with Modartt support what you have at the moment and what you would like to happen after the transfer because I see a high risk of things being different from your hopes.

The transfer consists of purchasing the licence of Pianoteq Pro so that you have it in your account as a licence (which doesn't delete your YC5 and Steinway D).
The licence of Pianoteq is separated from the licence of an instrument.
