Use the best tool for the job: a regular synth. I don't see any good reason to use Pianoteq for something it's not especially good, or flexible, at.

There are many excellent synths available for whatever platform you're on (iOS, MacOS, Windows). And available for free (free or open source, e.g., Surge XT, Vital, many others) or, especially for iOS, for tiny amount, say, $10.
