i agree, it's a wonderful improvisation.  it does work well with this preset to capture the dreamy feel.  i also really liked the arpeggio that happens right before 2:00 ... had to watch it a few times to see what was going on there very cool harmonic idea.

I myself think that this piece of music is among my very best improvisations ex tempore. But would still hardly have been good enough among the twelve best in the Contest. I continue to fight. One can always learn more, even as an old man.

An old retired colleague at school told me many many years ago when I was very young, that when you are old you can do the same things as when you were young, it just takes longer. Now I am as old as he was then, and I can say he was right
