Below is the correct setting to copy and paste to this parameter to obtain 19 EDO 1/3 comma detuning from Equal Temperament:

Detune = [0, -36.85, -10.53, -47.37, -21.05, 5.26, -31.58, -5.26, -42.11, -15.79, 10.53, -26.32, 0, -36.85, -10.53, -47.37, -21.05, 5.26, -31.58, -5.26, -42.11, -15.79, 10.53, -26.32, 0, -36.85, -10.53, -47.37, -21.05, 5.26, -31.58, -5.26, -42.11, -15.79, 10.53, -26.32, 0, -36.85, -10.53, -47.37, -21.05, 5.26, -31.58, -5.26, -42.11, -15.79, 10.53, -26.32, 0, -36.85, -10.53, -47.37, -21.05, 5.26, -31.58, -5.26, -42.11, -15.79, 10.53, -26.32, 0]

However, OrganTeq Tuning resolution will round these offsets to whole numbers so you get:

Detune = [0, -37, -11, -47, -21, +5, -32, -5, -42, -16, +11, -26, 0, -37, -11, -47, -21, +5, -32, -5, -42, -16, +11, -26, 0, -37, -11, -47, -21, +5, -32, -5, -42, -16, +11, -26, 0, -37, -11, -47, -21, +5, -32, -5, -42, -16, +11, -26, 0, -37, -11, -47, -21, +5, -32, -5, -42, -16, +11, -26, 0]
