Usually you need to open the application, click Help | About in the menu, and click the Update License button.

I've run into this problem before but the solution never sticks: I purchased, installed, and registered the Bosendorfer package, having already upgraded to version 8.4, but Bosendorfer doesn't show up on my list of piano sounds in the Stage application. What am I missing? Thanks in advance.
