You cannot turn the trial version into the full version. You need to create an account on http://www.pianoteq.com/user_registration using your serial, and then you will be able to download the full pianoteq. Don't forget to uninstall the trial version before installing it.

I think what you're looking for is in Pianoteq itself - click Options (top right) and then choose About.

Still not seeing it in any "about" screen.

I do see a License info box detailing the details of the trial version but nothing indicating where to go for activation.
