Well, I have fixed it now.
I think the problem is that whilst clicking on the header in the Preset Manager to control the listing order is standard Windows behavior,
I did not expect it to carry over into the other drop-down list in the main screen

That way, we can have them all together if we sort by preset name, or have them appear with their cousins if we click on the Instrument header.

now when I click on the preset drop down, there are no dividers any more, splitting it up into different presets for different instruments - the whole thing is just listed alphabetically.

I tried reinstalling Pianoteq but it stayed the same.
What did I do?
