Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum (English is not my native language) and have a couple of questions. I have tried to find the answers but couldn't, so here goes.

1. If I buy Pianoteq (I'm considering Pianoteq Standard), can I try all instrument models in demo mode before deciding which ones to buy?
2. I'm looking to buy a second hand MacBook pro with an Intel core i9 processor and 16 GB ram. This should be more than enough to run Pianoteq, some VST's, Mainstage and a DAW with a few tracks and stuff. I found this site: https://www.sweetwater.com/sweetcare/ar...on-guide/, where they explain Apple is moving from Intel processors to "Apple silicon computers" (M1 - M3 processors). When running on an M1 processor for example, does Pianoteq run Apple silicon native code, or in the Rosetta emulation mode?
3. How long will Pianoteq offer Intel native code, in other words, how long will Intel processors be supported?
4. I want to use Pianoteq in our church, currently there are only 2 keyboardists, but hopefully drummers, bass and guitar players will follow, to give an idea of the kind of band we hope to have. I have searched a lot about this question but I'm not sure which instrument models I should be looking at. I'm thinking about YC5, some other like Steinway Model D or the new Bösendorfer and maybe the electric pianos. Are some instrument models better suited for live use in a band than others, or does it all depend on the settings I choose? Like mic and dynamic settings, and EQ / reverb / compression?

1. Don’t buy yet. Try all the models (and presets) first and see what you like
2. Native silicon mode
3. Several more years most probably, but my advice would be to start with Apple silicon, even a used M1
