Playing with my small old stiff thick fingers is not easy. And with a little hook on both pinky fingers…</p><p>(because people have asked why i don’t make Contest videos shoving my hands playing, as other players, have to say now, It’s because of my small hands,&nbsp; I don’t want to show my small hands on a video when playing in the contest every year. It’s an overreaction but I have always had a complex about my small hands. I might not have much life left, but unfortunately I have never overcome this &quot;shyness&quot;. This piece is originally from a series of incidental music for a stage play of Sleeping Beauty by Zacharias Topelius, 1818 - 1898, swedish talking finnish writer, author, historian, journalist and poet. The earliest “Sleeping Beauty” fairytale appears in oral tradition around the 1300s, different versions.<br />I have played this one before but wanted to try it with Bösendorfer Dreamy.</p><p>All the best, everyone</p><p>Stig</p>]]></description>
