			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ah, Dorico... how can the folks who invented ASIO and VST have the worst, most consistently annoying ASIO/VST implementation to be found anywhere?</p><p>Try this:</p><p>Open Dorico. From the Edit menu, choose Preferences. In the list at the left, choose Play. Scroll to the bottom and open Advanced Options. Uncheck Enable ASIO-Guard. Apply, Close, then close and restart Dorico.</p>]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[Dorico -> Pianoteq vst - Buffer Size 512?]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi,<br />I am using Dorico Elements on Windows 11 with RME Babyface interface and Pianoteq-8.2 Stage</p><p>Setup:<br />Keyboard → Midi Out → Babyface Midi In → Babyface USB → Notebook → Dorico.</p><p>When I use Pianoteq Standalone Player (Dorico not started) I get 48 samples buffer size.<br />But when I load Pianoteq as VST Instrument into Dorico I get 512 samples (which is to slow to play the keyboard without audible delay).<br />I can’t find a setting in Dorico to reduce the buffer size.</p><p>Is it normal to get 512 samples when using Pianoteq as a vst instrument?</p><p>The babyface ASIO driver is set to 48 samples - Dorico and Pianoteq Standalone both show those 48 samples.</p>]]></description>
