Sonic Visualiser, is open source, free software used for "visualization, analysis and annotation of music audio recordings". I stumbled upon this while searching for tools that might help in duplicating the sound from a video. A brief parsing of the documentation shows it should indeed be very useful for this but also offers much more for the Pianoteq community.
It’s a really neat utility! I just started playing around with it a few weeks back while trying to de-noise some samples. Really handy tool.
