Am I right in thinking that dexed has the same sound as the Yamaha DX 7? is it a plug in, for Mac? free? Easy to download?
Could I use dexed with organteq in my daw, garageband? You now I love to experiment.

Dexed is a VST3 plugin for MacOS, Windows and Linux, based on both the sounds and the functionality of the Yamaha DX7; it's a software duplication (as much as possible) of the original Yamaha synthesizer.
I've never used garageband (I use Linux, not MacOS or iOS, though I love Apple products). So if your DAW can use VST3 plugins built for MacOS, it should work.
