I'm also interesting to have parameters freeze(d) by default at startup, because I'm using PTQ on touch device and would want maintain Diapason and Instrument condition the same for every instruments. Copy/paste solution is not convenient...
Is it possible to activate/enable "freeze" by default at startup, by tweaking some config file ?
Note: I'm using Linux arm64 version
Thank you in advance.

For "freezing" a global velocity curve, there is an option available when clicking the "G" button at the bottom right of the velocity curve graph. It's not very visible when off though...

If I remember well, the idea of keeping the global freeze at startup was deemed dangerous for accidentally modifying presets. An alternative, if you want to keep a set of parameters that you would like frozen, is the copy/paste feature. The panel is kept as defined between sessions and you use the paste feature to voluntarily change presets as needed.

Who would not want to save the velocity response and volume between different presents every time? Nobody. So it should be kept on once you have enabled it the first time until you turn it off.
