I have a MK1, so I'm not sure if the keybed is exactly the same as the MK3, but I use the velocity curve of the Arturia Keylab 88 Mk2. After some research I did a couple years ago, it seemed it had the same Fatar keybed. I'm accustomed to it now and I like it (I use to play with the default linear curve), so maybe try it yourself and see.
