Thank you Stig.
To be honest, using a daw for recording midi, you can correct errors.

I do not always do so. Many of my uploads have errors that I left.

In this case, being a rather unserious joke video, I corrected the most evident ones.
In any case I always state that the performance is edited, just to be fair.
Moreover in Logic you can record several takes an choose the best part from different takes....
With respect with the original piano transcription I had to transpose it and cut a lot of octave bass notes in order to try not to go beyond the actual range of the instrument. I almost got it. No basses go below the limit and just a couple of very high notes go beyond the upper limit by one minor third...

In any case Ghibli music is stunning.
Ciao, Paolo

Pianoteqenthusiast wrote:

pflying wrote:

J.S.Bach at the Court of Ghibli performs his variations on "Merry go round of life" (Joe Hisaishi)

Performed on a harpsichord C. Btw, typical Joe Hisaishi music. He is a Master. Like his music. I have played the piece Friends with Ptq 5, in my opinion his best music, also played Angel springs and Innocent.

Thanks Paolo for sharing this music. Fantastic!

All the best,

Stig
