Thanks, it worked. The main point I learned is to go to the command "Load an FXP file". After the preset is imported you also need to save it. It then gets saved to "My Presets". Otherwise it gets lost after changing to another preset.

I can confirm this based on my tests. The My Presets folder is only created when you save a preset on the iPad.
You can then use the cut and paste functions in the presets window mentioned earlier (accessible via Options) to move presets.

Ok, but how do you access the imported preset from the main interface in order to play with it? Also, after importing there was no folder Pianoteq/Presets/My Presets. The imported preset simply ended up in Pianoteq/Presets. And the main problem is still that I cannot dial in that preset the normal way. (

I was able to import one preset from my Mac into a folder called Pianoteq/Presets inside the iPad Pianoteq 8 user interface, but I cannot find it in order to use it. Any idea where it could be?
