Hi Stig, thank you as always for your thoughtful insights and feedback! I think what holds me back a little on the piano is the extra processing I do I the guitars makes then a little more present than the piano when I make piano more involved. I am sure this is completely on me for not figuring out how to even that out more to my ears but perhaps I will get there.

Definitely glad you are enjoying and getting relaxed from the food and music!

Ken

Hi ken,

I listened to them and I like the second one more (Crimson) because of the sections 1,16-1,38 and 2,00-2,14 where the ”solo guitarist” improvise much, fast - I like that

Increasing the piano involvement, but is it possible to get piano more involved, the triad root position, first inversion a s o …..for example. Just a thought…Piano supports and give fullness but could it be more of it?

Well, you know I am an experimenter and always thinking of crazy possibilities when making own compositions

A bit mellow - well, I could gladly listen to this, being mellow as a result of good food. Your music and good food make me feel relaxed

Thank you ken!

Best wishes,

Stig

Extending my series with Sundown Shadows (virtual group) this collection increases the drum and bass presence, piano is changed to Bechstein : recording 2 preset, I almost always end up back at Bechstein in Pianoteq as I like its clarity, and increased slightly the piano involvement, it's still just a supporting role but for me it adds a lot of fullness. Overall this album is a bit less mellow, for better or worse.

Here are a couple of tracks:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x6JPCrv...mp;index=1

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Swh1BPL...mp;index=6

Enjoy,
Ken
