It would be nice to be able to specify which ones are used for JACK auto connect.

Currently it defaults to 1 + 2.  On my set up I'd like it to auto connect to 7 + 8.

I've looked in the prefs file and the command line switches but couldn't find anything.

Is it possible or is it hard-coded?
