Look at the images in Standard or Pro for the virtual microphone positions.

Direct or microphone options for the electric piano models.

If you find the audience perspective jarring try the player positions. Mostly I prefer to go by the one I like the sound of best ignoring expectations of player position tonal balance or whatever.

That said I'm guessing my main internal prejudice is towards the recording perspective unlike a proper classically trained musician used to sitting at a real grand.

Also for headphones try binaural but suck it and see. If you prefer something else go with that.
