When you hold down the forte pedal on an acoustic piano and repeat a note, it will sound slightly different each time.
Some time ago I played a recording I made with Pianoteq for a friend without telling what piano I used. He thought it sounded very good but understood that it was digital because the repeated notes sounded the same.
Fixing that might be the next step in making Pianoteq the ultimate piano app
