I used the Steinway Model D (Hamburg version) from PianoTeq 8. I did not change any of the defaults that ship with the software, other than to turn off the pedal noises and to use "clean studio" as the reverb setting.

This version uses the "closed mic classical" preset for the piano and a small amount of eq on the output channel in the DAW.
