			<description><![CDATA[<p>Most of us in this forum probably know about the International Music Score Library Project (<a href="https://imslp.org/wiki/Main_Page">IMSLP</a>), which has a massive collection of sheet music.&nbsp; While most of the music posted there is in the public domain (i.e., published before 1923 or so), many contemporary composers post their scores there under a Creative Commons license.&nbsp; One such composer is Matthew Guerrieri, also known as a published author and a <a href="https://www.sohothedog.com">music blogger</a>.&nbsp; Here is a video of Guerrieri&#039;s <strong>Three Utopian Rags</strong>, published in 2007.</p><p><a href="https://youtu.be/cOx4ifMpppc">Three Utopian Rags by Matthew Guerrieri</a></p>]]></description>
