On your iPhone, log in to the user area:
https://www.modartt.com/user_area

There, download the following file:
https://www.modartt.com/download?file=KIViR.ptq

When done, click on the blue download icon near the address bar in Safari. You will then see the file appear. Open it. It will then be installed.

IOS may be different but Pianoteq has a drag and drop interface, so download, unzip if needed and then just drop it in.
