Great preset, Stig! And great playing, as always. The Mistral sounds really nice to my ears since v8, also.

Nice sound. What preset did you use to create this recording?

Mistral Warm with mint 0,05 and impedance 1,18 and symphatetic, 1,22. So not much changes this time. I have lately been changing only a bit impedance and symphatetic. Changing less and less

I didn't say that the sound is not good or beautiful etc.
8.05 just sounded different to me ( i say "sounded", as i got used to it by now). 

And as the release notes mentioned no changes regarding sound, i wondered if there might perhaps be some unmentioned changes, that might explain why my ears sensed a difference in sound ...

On my end, I have not experienced any changes in sound that I could notice.  It sounds the same to me.  I have played a few preset, not just the same one comparing with the previous version that I have installed on my other computer and couldn't detect any difference on my end.

Could you give some audio examples ?

i wonder if it's only me or my ears, but every preset in 8.05 sounds different to me, than in the prior release, hmmm ...

Are there changes regarding the velocity? Some presets feel more "clunky" also.

Any observations, ideas?
