If you make a mistake - lets say you miss a note - is it possible to edit that note? If yes, how?

Miss a note, or playing wrong note….
Well, I can’t find a way to correct a missing note in standalone, although I can edit with over 30 different parameters in a single note, Pro.
I’m mostly using Pianoteq in a DAW, Garageband for now, in Mac Mini late -14 and there it is easy to put in a missing note or correct a wrong note, just to click and paste or delete. If it is important to you I suggest you get a DAW.
