On my laptop, Norton Antivirus blocked the installation of 8.0.3, said some files presented a security threat. When I looked at the message, it was mostly PNG files, the logo and such that were considered security threats. Then also OGG files, which I presume are the audio files for previewing the presets, in the preset manager.

I tried skipping the problematic files (not recommended) but then I assumed it would take forever, if I'd have to skip all of the preset preview files, since there are a lot of presets. So I canceled the installation. To my surprise Pianoteq showed up as 8.0.3, in spite of an unfinished installation.

To be on the safe side, I uninstalled Pianoteq, rebooted, ran the installation file for 8.0.3, and everything seemed to install fine. I'm going to do the same thing on my main (desktop) computer, where I also have Norton 360. Has anybody else had their antivirus software block the installation of v8.0.3?
