Also you may have hidden the licences you don't own.
After successfully refreshing your licence details I suggest hiding the piano model you are getting rid of.

When I open up Pianoteq, the YC5 is still appearing in my instruments. I'm a bit confused as to what I need to do next to get the Steinway loaded. Any suggestions?
